Professor Rob de Bie delRehabilitation and Related Therapies Field delle Cochrane Collaboration ha generosamente fornito un database di 1600 studi clinici e dato un aiuto su altri 1000 studi clinici.
The Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) provided financial assistance which has been used to employ casual staff to assist with searching, archiving and rating of trials. Various subgroups of the APA, including the National Gerontology Group and its New South Wales and Queensland chapters, the National Neurology Group, the Victorian Branch Research Committee, and the New South Wales Branch have also provided support. The Physiotherapy Research Foundation (PRF), a subsidiary of the APA, has committed to provide financial support for the PEDro database over a 3-year period commencing 2005. The PRF supports projects and initiatives that assist the integration of research into clinical practice, in addition to providing seeding research grants to physiotherapists.
Motor Accidents Authority of New South Wales has been the project's major sponsor and has provided funding to ensure that the database will continue to be maintained until 2006. Additional financial support has been supplied by the New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Victoria and Western Australia Physiotherapists Registration Boards, and from WorkCover New South Wales.
The School of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney ha fornito un server, un ufficio e l’assistenza tecnica.  Rob Herbert e Chris Maher dipendenti dell'istituto, il quale inoltre sostiene il progetto PEDro.
Il NSW Department of Health è un altro sostenitore dei vari progretti del CEBP.
